2. Educational purpose

All content and sessions are for education in technical analysis and risk-controlled trade planning. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an offer of brokerage or managed funds.

3. Website use

You may browse pages for personal, non-commercial information. You must not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content at a scale that impairs service.

4. Bookings and pricing

Listed prices are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing (email or message). Payment arrangements are agreed separately; this website does not process payments.

5. Session conduct

Participants agree to arrive on time, treat others respectfully, and not record sessions without prior written consent. We may refuse or end a session if conduct risks others’ ability to learn.

6. Intellectual property

Worksheets, templates, and written materials provided in sessions remain our intellectual property. You may keep personal copies for your own trading practice. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

7. Liability

Trading involves risk of loss. We are not liable for trading outcomes following education. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for services is limited to resupply of the session or payment of the cost of resupply.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
